Shenghong Holding Group Adds "National Green Factory"

On October 29, the Ministry of industry and information technology released the list of the fifth batch of green manufacturing. Shenghong Group Co., Ltd. was named "national green factory" for its outstanding performance in green production, energy conservation and emission reduction. There are only 6 enterprises in the national textile industry, and Shenghong Group Co., Ltd. is the only printing and dyeing enterprise in China.

"Green factory" is the core support unit of national green manufacturing system, and the selection criteria are extremely strict. Enterprises need to pass the evaluation of more than 80 indicators in 5 categories, such as "intensive land use, harmless raw materials, clean production, recycling waste and low-carbon energy". According to the third-party evaluation, Shenghong Group Co., Ltd. is far ahead of the industry in terms of various indicators and is selected with excellent results and high scores.

"We have successively passed Oeko texstandard100 international textile environmental protection certification, EU REACH certification, global GRS certification, etc., which are the most widely used, most influential and highest standard ecological certification and environmental protection standards in the world. It should be said that we have basically met the environmental standards of all countries in the world. " Sheng Hong printing and dyeing general manager Tang Junsong said.

Improving the green production system is not "accomplished in one move". Since 2010, the company has taken the lead in integrating the concepts of "big data" and "ERP" in the printing and dyeing industry. For example, enterprises establish standardized process management database to make the production process management more systematic and standardized, increase the first-time success rate by about 6%, and further improve energy saving and efficiency; establish an on-line monitoring system for alkali concentration of pretreatment, which greatly reduces the consumption of 10000 meters of liquid alkali and effectively reduces the pressure of wastewater treatment; Automatic transfer system for printing materials, automatic metering system, etc. The enterprise also actively introduced green high-performance printing and dyeing chemicals, insisted on harmless raw materials, and provided technical support for new product development and product quality standardization. The consumption of main raw materials per unit product decreased for three consecutive years, and the utilization rate of green materials reached 100%.

"The actual effect of digital construction is great, it subverts many traditional modes of printing and dyeing industry, and breaks through many technical barriers. After the industry expert group review, our indicators are far ahead of the industry. " Tang Junsong said, "only by deeply plowing the industry and doing it with heart, can we become an industry expert, thus we can innovate in all aspects and lead the whole industry to accelerate the transformation and upgrading."

It is learned that in recent years, Shenghong Group Co., Ltd. has invested more than 1 billion yuan in digital construction, equipment updating and technology research and development. "Key technologies for low cost treatment and efficient recycling of printing and dyeing wastewater" led by Shenghong Group Co., Ltd. have been awarded the China textile light science and technology progress award, and have been promoted and applied in the industry to promote the green development and technological innovation of China's printing and dyeing industry. Dozens of technical projects developed and applied by Shenghong Group Co., Ltd. are listed in the technical guide for green development of printing and dyeing industry (2019 Edition) issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology, which effectively promotes the sustainable development of China's printing and dyeing industry with higher quality.

In the list of the first and third batch of green manufacturing released by the Ministry of industry and information technology, Jiangsu Guowang High Tech Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu ganghong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. of Shenghong holding group were respectively rated as "green factories". In addition to Shenghong Group Co., Ltd., which is newly listed in this list, three companies under Shenghong holding group have been rated as "green factories", which shows the level and strength of Shenghong's green manufacturing, and also marks that Shenghong has stepped into a new stage in promoting green circular development and building a green manufacturing system.
