The rapid development of online order fulfillment ability of more than 400 physical stores benefits from Wal Mart's o2o scale and operation efficiency improvement.
As of August, all Wal Mart stores across the country have provided 1-hour "super express" delivery service for customers 3-5 kilometers around, opening the era of full scene online and offline retail of Wal Mart stores.
At the same time, in order to meet the customers' demand for online one-stop shopping and further expand the o2o coverage of its stores, Wal Mart has deepened its strategic cooperation with Jingdong, and launched the "whole city distribution" service for "Wal Mart home". When consumers are located within 3 km of the store, they can also enjoy the next day delivery service of more than 10000 kinds of goods in Wal Mart's hypermarkets.
During the period of 1988, "whole city distribution" has successfully covered 83 cities in China. In addition, more than 200 stores have successively expanded the picking area in the back area to more than 300 square meters, creating conditions for shortening the picking time of each online order.

In terms of interactive innovation, Wal Mart flagship stores integrated "brand star spokesperson + hot money" and Jingdong to create a large-scale social fission game with 55 million participants, which helped double-digit growth of store fans and nearly 650000 increase of brand members in the whole period!
In addition, the turnover of Wal Mart's flagship food and beverage stores increased by 260% year-on-year. High quality and good price goods and increasing orders have helped Wal Mart to accumulate more than 15 million fans in its flagship stores on Jingdong platform.
It is reported that Wal Mart will continue to take part in the promotional activities of 88 imported brand milk powder products after the purchase of 85 brand-name brands in September, including the reduction of 80 pieces of imported milk powder and other promotional activities.
