Recently, the Provincial Department of human resources and Social Security announced the supply and demand situation and analysis of Liaoning's human resources market in the second quarter of 2011.

Statistics show that in the two quarter, the total number of total demand and total number of job seekers in the province's human resources market increased significantly, with an increase of 96153 and 146648 respectively.


At the same time, the human resource market seeking rate (ratio of market demand to job seekers) reached 1.15, 0.17 lower than that in the first quarter, and the gap was narrowed.

More than half of the posts came from Dalian, Shenyang.


In the two quarter of this year, two human resources markets in Shenyang and Dalian provided 371320 jobs, 56.28% of the total province's total demand, and 261823 registered applicants, accounting for 46.68% of the total number of job seekers in the province.

The two cities provide a large number of posts in the human resources market of the province.


Compared with the same period last year, in the two quarter of this year, the number of registered job seekers in the province's human resources market decreased significantly, and the number of registered job seekers decreased by 28589 compared with the same period last year, a drop of 19.49%.

The change of data shows that the stability of enterprise employment post is obviously higher than that of last year.


The ratio of supply and demand in the same position is 10 times worse.


Statistics show that there is a huge difference between supply and demand in different cities during the same period of the same job.

In the two quarter of this year, the rate of security seeking in Anshan was 2.17, while the rate of security seeking in Huludao was only 0.48.


The difference between supply and demand of individual occupations in different cities is even about 10 times.

For example, the rate of seeking salesmen in Benxi is 2.23, compared with 0.24 in Fuxin.


The difference between supply and demand is related to various economic factors, such as economic development, information construction and the quality of job seekers.

Analysts expect regional differences in career demand and supply in the three quarter.

What degree is the most popular in the human resources market? From the two quarter of 2007 to the two quarter of 2010, the change of supply and demand data shows that the most employing units of secondary education job seekers are welcome.

The supply and demand situation of job seekers in junior middle school and below, senior high school and junior college education level is the best, and the rate of asking for jobs is greater than 1.


Analysts believe that in the three quarter, the expected rate of job seeking among junior high school students and below, senior high school and junior college education applicants is 1.29, 1.25 and 1.25 respectively. In the two quarter, the demand for employment in the construction of the human resources market in the province was 32191, an increase of 11156 over the first quarter, with an obvious increase.

Analysts believe that in the past two years, the construction industry in our province has developed rapidly, attracting significant employment.

Employment demand for construction industry is expected to increase in the three quarter.
