In the field of digital Free Trade Zone, Zhejiang pilot Free Trade Zone issued the first digital trade policy document issued in the name of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, and put forward 19 measures to improve digital trade industry, platform, ecology, system and regulatory system. From January to August this year, the amount of digital trade reached 235.19 billion yuan, accounting for three quarters of the province's total.

Since the expansion of the zone, the pilot free trade zone is committed to creating an international first-class business environment and promoting trade and investment facilitation. At the provincial level, the authority of 32 provincial management matters was delegated to each district, which further promoted the free flow of production factors. Recently, the provincial free trade office, together with the Provincial Department of finance, has printed and issued the guiding opinions on promoting the investment promotion of the fund and put forward six policy measures, which will further promote social capital investment in Zhejiang.
