On the 30th, the reporter learned from the Qinghai Provincial Institute of cultural relics and archaeology that a few days ago, after more than a year, the Institute has completed the preservation and restoration project of textile cultural relics and passed the acceptance check. Among them, 1 is the first and the second-class Tibetan brocade unearthed in Jinzhou, Qinghai Province.

It is reported that the brocade of the Tang Dynasty in this project was unearthed from the tomb group of hot water in Dulan, Qinghai Province. The patterns are vivid, the patterns are basically complete, and the colors are clear. They are typical patterns of the Tubo Period. They are valuable material materials for studying the silk weaving technology, the cultural exchange and trade of the ancient Silk Road, and the eastern and Western artistic styles; The gold weaving brocade robes of Yuan Dynasty were unearthed in the tombs of Gahai, Qinghai Province. The main fabric is silver, and the lapel and cuff are all decorated with twisted gold thread. It is the first time unearthed in Qinghai. It is of great significance for the study of Yuan Dynasty gold weaving technology, and it is an indispensable important material for the study of the history of ethnic costumes and social life.

The reporter learned that during the implementation of the project, the technical team of Qinghai Provincial Institute of cultural relics and Archaeology insisted on the same frequency resonance of protection and restoration with the subject research, and fully applied modern scientific and technological means to conduct scientific detection and in-depth research on fabric raw materials, dyes, textile technology, etc. At the same time, drawing on the advanced experience at home and abroad, the physical dust removal method is used instead of the traditional cleaning method to ensure the authenticity of the cultural relic color.
