On April 11, Fumian District, Yulin City, Guangxi Province, held the opening ceremony of major projects in April 2022, including high-end clothing manufacturing project of Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Industrial Park, standard workshop of Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Industrial Park (phase II) and construction project commencement ceremony of Guangxi XinJiaYi Textile Co., Ltd. Feng Kesen, Secretary of Fumian district Party committee, announced the commencement of the project, and Liu Meng, deputy secretary and chief of Fumian District Committee, delivered a speech.

Fengkesen announced the commencement of the high-end clothing manufacturing project of Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Industrial Park, the standard plant (phase II) of Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Industrial Park and the construction project of Guangxi XinJiaYi Textile Co., Ltd.

The high-end clothing manufacturing project of Yulin (Fumian) ecological industrial park is built in Yulin (Fumian) ecological textile and clothing industrial park, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, with a total planned land area of 19597.19 square meters (29.3958 mu) and a total construction area of 18964.17 square meters, including building decoration and decoration engineering, electrical engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, fire engineering, and so on Outdoor general layout engineering and other related supporting facilities. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual total output value is expected to reach 100 million yuan, and the tax revenue is about 7 million yuan. It will solve the problem of about 800 employees, promote the development of local people's employment, and improve the relevance of industrial structure in Fumian district.

The standard workshop (phase II) of Yulin (Fumian) ecological industrial park is built in Yulin (Fumian) ecological textile and garment industrial park, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, with a total planned land area of 16589.70 square meters (24.88 mu) and a total construction area of 18687.36 square meters, including green chemical engineering, outdoor water supply and drainage, walls, roads and other related supporting facilities. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual total output value is expected to reach 80 million yuan, and the tax revenue is about 5 million yuan. About 600 jobs will be created to promote the development of local people's employment and provide important support for the high-quality development of industrial economy in Fumian district.

Guangxi XinJiaYi Textile Co., Ltd. is located in Yulin (Fumian) ecological textile and garment industrial park. The business scope includes the manufacture of household textiles, the manufacture of industrial textiles, the sale of knitwear and raw materials, and the manufacture and sale of garments. The total investment of Guangxi XinJiaYi textile project is about 100 million yuan, and the equipment investment is expected to be 35 million yuan. The planned construction area is 20000 square meters. There are three standard workshops with a total area of 15000 square meters and dormitory of 3000 square meters. After the plant is completed, it is estimated that 200 textile machines will be put into use. After the completion of the project, the woven fabrics produced are mainly sold to European and American countries and domestic Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and other places. Some of the woven fabrics are used for the clothing production line of the enterprise, and are sold to the United States and other foreign markets. After the two major sectors of weaving and clothing are put into operation, it is estimated that the total annual output value will reach 60 million yuan and the tax revenue will be about 3 million yuan. About 500 people will be employed, which will bring remarkable economic benefits and effectively stimulate the new momentum of industrial economic development in Fumian district.
