*St Gaosheng (000971): Plans To Transfer 100% Equity Of Shanghai Gaoshu To Shanghai World Union With RMB 130 Million

St Gaosheng (000971. SZ) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Gaosheng Data System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "subsidiary" or "Shanghai gaoshu") and Shanghai Shilian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai World Union") signed the equity transfer agreement, and the company transferred 100% equity of Shanghai gaoshu held by the company to Shanghai World Union. The transaction price of the underlying equity is based on the evaluation value and determined as RMB 130 million through friendly negotiation between both parties. After the completion of the equity transfer, the company will no longer hold the equity of Shanghai gaoshu, and Shanghai gaoshu will no longer be included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
