Acetic acid fabric is a very popular fabric in recent two years, which is used in various high-grade brand fashion lining materials, such as windbreaker, leather garment, ceremonial dress, cheongsam, wedding dress, Tang suit, etc. It is a substitute for silk, which is very similar in shape and feel, but much cheaper than silk.
Acetic acid fabric, commonly known as acetic acid cloth, also known as Yasha, is the Chinese homophonic pronunciation of English acetate. It is a kind of pure natural wood pulp fiber extracted from the best quality conifer pulp. It is made by leading textile technology. It has bright color, bright appearance, smooth and comfortable contact, luster and function close to mulberry silk. Acetic acid fabric has good dyeability, can be dyed with disperse dyes, has good coloring function and bright color, which is better than other cellulose fibers. Acetate fiber softens at 200 ℃ ~ 230 ℃ and melts at 260 ℃. It is similar to synthetic fiber. After plastic deformation, the shape of acetate fiber does not recover and has permanent deformation.
