It has provided 10 billion yuan interest free loans to Taobao tmall's Hubei merchants and 10 billion yuan low interest loans to businesses in other regions, with interest rates reduced by 20%.

By the end of March 2020, Ali has invested 3.3 billion yuan in the fight against the epidemic.

The "2020 China Internet corporate social responsibility report" released on October 16 focused on 18 industries, including e-commerce, health care and online education. Alibaba (Taobao and tmall) in the e-commerce industry ranked first in the social responsibility index.

The report shows that in the face of the arduous challenges brought about by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Internet enterprises, especially digital health enterprises, have given full play to their own advantages and fully demonstrated their social responsibility and responsibility in fighting against the new crown pneumonia epidemic.

According to statistics, ant forest has also created 730000 green jobs in Inner Mongolia, Gansu and other landing areas, driving labor revenue to exceed 100 million yuan.
