Before the planning of "made in China 2025", the first local manufacturing plan "Quanzhou manufacturing 2025" was passed by the Quanzhou municipal government in March of this year. The core designer of the program also participated in the formulation of "made in China 2025".

Short response can be made quickly.

The core of "agile manufacturing" is the rapid response to market demand. A part of the garment testing market, such as 1/3, is decided by the actual sales situation of the market to decide whether to replenish the goods. The replenishment part is not the finished product, but the raw material (which may be the garment cutting piece or cloth). On the one hand, it can achieve fast delivery through fast production, but on the other hand, if the sales situation is not ideal, the designer can directly change the raw materials through interaction with the customer.

In order to achieve this kind of agile manufacturing, it is necessary to carry out the information and intelligent pformation of the whole chain. In terms of sales channels, Haitian textile relies on the "Internet +" electricity supplier mode, and plans to open only a small number of entity experience shops online.

Since September 2014, Haitian textile has tried to introduce the numerical control technology production line and information equipment management system, and has made intelligent pformation of the production process. The fact has proved that the production line has indeed improved its efficiency.

"Compared with the previous pformation, the daily output of the workshop increased by 2 tons in May compared with that of last year, while the number of employed workers decreased from 40 to 28."

Haitian dyeing and finishing factory responsible person told the "daily economic news" reporter that although the short-term pformation investment is large, but in the long run, it has saved the cost of enterprises, and has greatly improved the production efficiency and passing rate.

According to Han Yongsheng, who provides technical support for Haitian, the "agile manufacturing" program can increase its profit to 15%.
