Processing fee increased by 20 yuan per piece.

Every year before and after the year, it is the most urgent time for all enterprises to work, but this year is still more than a month away from the new year. Wenzhou's "labor shortage" has been very prominent.

This has brought heavy losses to the badly dressed apparel industry. Because of the slow delivery of orders and the lack of orders, the processing fee has gone up, and a garment is 20 yuan more than last year.

What causes the "labor shortage"? Our reporter visited relevant departments and enterprises for investigation.

The shortage of employment is now scarce.

For a while, the Wenzhou employment agency has seen few people coming to work.

Mr. Hu, who has been engaged in employment for many years, said: "the number of job seekers this year has been significantly reduced compared with the previous years. In November, the number of job seekers was reduced by 1/3 at least, compared with the previous years. On the 2 th of this month, there was a factory that recruited 20 general practitioners for business needs, but half a month later, they did not recruit a few."

Reporters in Wenzhou Gao Xiang industrial area and Lucheng Industrial Zone visited to see that the roadside poles were covered with various recruitment advertisements, many of them also specified that if the new year did not go back, the wages could be higher.

The reporter learned from the Wenzhou vocational center that the average number of monthly job seekers in the first 11 months of this year was nearly 5000 fewer than in the previous two years.

The largest gap was general practitioners, followed by attendants and apprentices. As of December 10th, the number of demand gaps reached 28974, 6660 and 5390 respectively.

Garment processing fees increased by 20 yuan per piece.

At the end of the year, labor shortage came ahead of schedule, and the garment industry failed to recruit workers for a time.

Zhou Xiaofei is the boss of a garment factory in Gao Xiang industrial area. She told reporters that she did not worry about not recruiting workers before, but worried about the fact that clothes could not be sold out, resulting in a backlog. But from the beginning of the year, she obviously felt it was difficult to recruit workers.

"Workers are hard to recruit, and processing fees are rising all the way. Compared to last year's time, the processing cost of each piece of clothing is now more than 20 yuan, and the profit is low. Now the processing fee is rising, there is no profit at all."

Speaking of the present situation, Zhou Xiaofei has a lot of water.

Wu Xiaomiao, the head of a garment factory in Wenzhou, said that the reason for the rise in clothing processing fees was normal.

At the end of the year, everyone was catching up, but most of the workers in the processing factory were dissatisfied. Under such circumstances, it was normal for a garment to spend more than ten to twenty yuan in order to retain the workers.

Job seekers reduce labor shortage

Zhao Yonglai, a worker in Jiangsu, has worked in Wenzhou for more than three years. He worked in a mold factory. He quit his job a month ago. After he resigned, he worked for a week in the employment center, but he still did not find the right post.

He hopes to earn about 3000 yuan, and the recruitment information shows only about 2500 yuan.

He said: "now that prices are rising too much, and the cost of living in Wenzhou is very high, renting a house is hundreds of times. If it's the same treatment as before, it's hard to make ends meet."

"In addition to the fast rising prices, the preferential policies of the state in agriculture have been promulgated, and many migrant workers are willing to go home to farm fields, which is also a cause of labor shortage."

Wang Ouxiang, deputy secretary of the Wenzhou vocational guidance and guidance service center, told reporters that not only that, but in recent years, some large enterprises in the eastern coastal areas have moved inland, and the income gap between the coastal areas and the mainland has been narrowing year by year, and the attraction of coastal areas to migrant workers is getting smaller and smaller.

Wang Ouxiang said that the number of job seekers has decreased, and labor shortage has also appeared.

The statistics of Wenzhou talent center in the third quarter also showed that although the number of Posts increased by 50%, the number of job seekers decreased by 20%.

It is predicted that the employment gap in Wenzhou will continue to increase next year.

Improving employees' lives and retaining employees

How to deal with "labor shortage"? Wang Ouxiang said that this year's job seekers are mainly 80%, occupying 48.2% of the number of workers.

Their demands for work are not only high salary but also good working environment and low labor intensity, and they are usually not willing to work overtime in peacetime, especially for entertainment after work.

Wang Ouxiang believes that in addition to having a good salary, it is very important to improve the living environment of employees, such as couples living together, having children to solve the problem of reading in the near future, etc., so as to provide training and learning opportunities for motivated employees, especially post-90s and post-80s employees, so as to retain employees.

Employment gap in Zhejiang is near 50%

Yesterday, the reporter learned from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of human resources and social security that in the third quarter of this year, the shortfall of employment in Zhejiang amounted to nearly 50%, and this figure will further expand.

According to statistics, in the third quarter, the number of Zhejiang's human resource market demand was 2 million 116 thousand and 300, and the number of job seekers was 1 million 65 thousand and 900, the number of Posts was far more than the number of job seekers, and the employment gap reached nearly 50%.

"It is estimated that the employment gap will further increase in the fourth quarter."

The staff of the provincial people's Insurance Office said that at the end of each year, employers will encounter difficulties in recruiting people to varying degrees. Especially in recent years, with the further recovery of the national economy, the gap is expanding.

For the labor shortage ahead of schedule this year, the staff said that the increase in the demand for labor and the increase in the cost of living in cities were the main reasons.
