In view of the extremely confusing international shipping market, loopholes in laws and regulations and lack of management, FOB export enterprises can only be highly vigilant and must pay attention to the following points:

First, the shipping company's bill of lading (masterbill) is the document of title for delivery. Only when it is mastered for the first time can it receive the payment from the bank.

Two, freight forwarding or NVOCC bill of lading (housebillorNVOCCbill) is not a document of title, it can not be delivered to the shipping company, nor is it sure that it can receive the payment.

If we only hold freight forwarder /NVOCC- NVOCC bill of lading, overseas freight forwarders and buyers may have FOB exporters overhead and conspire to engage in delivery of goods without bills of lading, causing the goods to be taken away.

Three, when signing a FOB export contract, it is necessary to make it clear that the buyer is responsible for the designated shipping company (liner company) or the freight forwarder booking the shipping space and paying the freight. The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the shipping company and obtaining the shipping company's bill of lading after the bank collects the goods to the buyer to deliver the goods to the port of destination.

Four, if the buyer asks for a freight forwarding /NVOCC bill of lading in the letter of credit, he will refuse to accept it and change it into a shipping company bill of lading.

Five, remember: payment documents and payment redemption are the basic principles. The seller first obtains the shipping company's bill of lading, and then delivers it to the buyer to collect the goods at the port of destination, which is an international practice. In April 15th, the Trade Representative Office of the United States decided to approve 348 applications for exemption from the US $34 billion tax increase list.

Wireless communications products enter Belarus specification

Belarus (RepublicofBelarus) wireless communication verification (TPBY verification) has been enforced since January 1, 2019. The following points should be noted when wireless communication products enter Belarus Market:

1. verification regulation: TR2018/024.

2. jurisdiction: TR2018/024/BY applies to all wireless communication products (including modules) exported to Belarus and sold on the market. Please refer to Annex1 and Annex2 for detailed product list.
